      PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The attention of the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority has been drawn to a public announcement in the media by PIRACLE-TECH Company Ltd - developers of CLOUD ESTATE, encouraging the general public to purchase land in the New City.

The Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority, wishes to state that it has not commenced the sales of land in the New City area, either directly or through any agent(s), including PIRACLE-TECH Company Ltd, developers of CLOUD ESTATE.

The Authority wishes to advise members of the public to disregard the announcement as the Authority is not in any form of partnership with the developers of CLOUD ESTATE; people who patronise them or any other do so at their own risk.
